I completed this mission and I got a supposelly "Long Sword"...

Don't know if you guys already knew this but I found pretty funny =)

Maybe Long Swords will look like Crystalines and Crystalines have been banned from GW? Hmm.

And no this can also be found in pre searing, thank god the beautiful long sword doesnt look that bad

Only certain quest reward ones do, rest assured

I've not seen one drop from a monster that looks like that.

I'm positive around when I first started playing that I had one drop when I was killing the Char during the infamous ashes quest. I remember I said "This sword looks cool, too bad it suxxors." and probably traded it to a merchant for 12 gold or somthing.

i got a sword that looked like that from devona , way back in pre sear

it was realy naff damage and all it did was ether up enchantments length or speed, i cant remember which.

i would say that, rather than crystal (i hear there a swords called Crystal Longsword or something like that later in the game, like past the areas you are lvl20 and acended ect)
i would say it was a Glass sword...it looks like frosted glass at times, and i keep a copy of the thing in one of my less payed characters bags, just in case i like the look for messing about.

It does look like the pre-sear reward for one of the quests. There's a longbow quest reward there that looks like a halfmoon too.

You know, I'd pay phat plat to have an option to design how my weapon looks. No change to its stats or anything. Just maybe make my boring firestaff look like an earth staff or whatever.

I had one drop just like it. The max damage collectors sword in the desert is also called a long sword but doesn`t look like a traditional long sword. They haven`t changed the long sword looks.
